A member's page

The page for one person in your organization — their membership, enrollments, submissions, activity, and how their access is provided — and what it deliberately leaves out.

Every person in your organization has a page of their own. Open it by clicking their name on the Members tab (or Open member in the row's ⋮ menu), or by clicking a learner's name on the Submissions tab.

The top of the page says who they are — name, email, role, whether they're active, when they joined, when they were last active, and their groups — with the same ⋮ menu as their row on the Members tab. Below that, the page is split into tabs.

The tabs

TabWhat it shows
OverviewTheir standing in your courses at a glance — courses enrolled and completed, lessons finished, average score — plus their latest submissions and activity.
OrganizationTheir membership here: role, status, seat, joined date, groups, and the history of their place in your organization (when they joined, role changes, deactivations).
EnrollmentsEvery course your organization runs, with their progress and score in each, and a button to enroll or unenroll them. A Completed badge marks a course they finished, with the date.
SubmissionsEvery attempt they've made at your courses, with the same menu as the Submissions tab — scores, action trail, threshold tracing, report PDF, re-score, void.
ActivityWhat they've done in your organization, newest first — lessons started and submitted, courses entered, enrollments — including when they signed in and out of Theta.
Billing & accessWhether they're seated in your organization and how, any seat or course of yours they hold themselves (bought, or from an access code or invitation) and what they paid, and — if your organization is billed per active user — the months they were counted.

Seats, in one sentence

Your organization's paid access reaches its seated members. The Billing & access tab says which of these applies:

  • Seated as staff — instructors and admins are always seated, and never take a paid seat.
  • Seated, as a member — your organization seats everyone who joins (while its monthly billing, if it has any, is in good standing).
  • Seated by a seat — they hold a seat, either one they bought themselves or one from an access code or invitation, until the date shown.
  • Seated this month — your organization is billed per active user, and they've been counted this month.
  • Not counted yet this month — billed per active user, and they'll be seated (and counted) the first time they open something this month.
  • Not seated — they're a member but hold no seat, so your paid access doesn't reach them yet.

How a monthly plan is billed

If Theta bills your organization monthly, the Billing tab shows your plan in a line or two. A plan is a monthly price that covers a number of active users — or everyone — and, past them, either a price for each additional active user (up to a limit, if your plan has one) or no further seats that month, whichever your plan says. An active user is a member who opens your organization or one of its courses during the month; instructors and admins never count.

Add-ons — advanced analytics, Pro, the Skill Assessment — are listed under the plan. Each appears on the invoice as a line of its own, and only in a month it is switched on.

Only your organization

Everything on the page is limited to your organization. You won't see a member's other organizations, their courses or submissions elsewhere, anything they've bought outside your organization, their payment card, or their IP address. Sign-ins and sign-outs are shown because they belong to the person's account rather than to any one organization.
